Hi,
I would like to implement hreflang on my own website. But I have a confusion about the page translation.
Shall I need to translate each and every page manually to respective languages?
Or
Do we have any tool or plugin available for the same?
Kindly help me to find the best option to do it.

There are many tools & plugins but when possible it is best to manually translate it or at least manually review the automated process with a native speaker as none of the automated options are 100% perfect. Better translations will generate better user engagement and conversions so it is worth it to do it correctly regardless of Google SEO.

As for Google SEO, they are moving towards greater AI & NLP influences. So small content nuances can have a significant impact on rankings.

Seems to me you're approaching this from the wrong direction. If a page already exists in multiple languages, that's when you deploy hreflang. If you don't already have parallel versions prepared by satisfactory means, there is no reason to think about how to link to them.

There's definitely no point in putting machine translations on your site as if they were independent pages, since any user can get the same result via Google Translate or similar.
