Our website (https://example.com) blogs are ranking high on Google SERP across different countries even for the highly competitive short tail keywords also. But the services pages are not getting enough ranking and traffic from other countries except India. I have recently added the USA address and phone number as well as switched the international targeting in the GSC to the USA location to achieve the best results from the USA region, but the things are no changed. Can anyone help me to find out the issue?

Does the content have sufficient unique value?
Are other sites linking to it?

Ask yourself why someone from the USA, or UK, or China, or wherever would think that your service page is the absolute best answer to their need. We all want to rank #1 for everything but the truth is not every page is worthy of ranking #1 globally.

The blog pages are probably ranking because they have less competition for their specific long tail keyword phrases. The service page is probably trying to rank for a generic money keyword that would have a much higher competition level.
