Page Ranking Effected Badly, Dropped from 7 to 25

I have an ecom store. I am working for my website's ranking by my own.
Before this big update, my page ranking was increasing at really appreciable rate and I was getting traffic.
But after the update, my url ranking is extremely effected i.e. before the update one of my URLs was ranking at 7 to 10th position. But after this google update my page rank was effected badly and URL is thrown at position 25-26 on SERPs.
Can somebody tell me what are the main things which I should focus on while doing SEO for my website?

How new / old is your site?

Is it built on a custom template or WordPress style?

How many pages at the moment?

Whch market / country?

Generic sector?

Is it all unique text and images or manufacturers images and descriptions?

It would help if we had some general background about your ecom site. First thing to consider - age: how long has the site been online? It can take some time (even months) to settle in to its earned position. Until then it is subject to ups and downs and the time it takes to settle can depend on how competitive your vertical/niche is. There is no list of what to do because a 5 year old site's needs are different from a 5 month old site.

Then look at on-page optimization: Is everything in perfect order? Have you ensured that the site is in technically correct working order, that css, html and scripts are error free or at least in acceptable shape? Have you compared your navigation to your competitor's to see if it could be improved. Not a good idea to copy others, but it does help to see where yours might improve.

If you use a robots.txt file, have you allowed Google access to the resources it would need to render your pages? If you use a sitemap, have you looked at it carefully to ensure you don't list multiple versions of the same content and if multiple versions exist, are you using canonical meta links to the preferred page?

There is much more, but these are common things where errors can make or break a site. Before looking for external links, it helps to have your house ready for visitors.

There is a big problem in my site's collections page. When I checked the page score for my particular domain it is showing that my page is non-indexable. I have searched for everything to solve this problem but have not fund any single solution for this.
