We have a website with many different modules. Currently we are trying to implement the"Related Questions"SERP Feature for our FAQs page.

Eg: There are two pages example.com/xyzservice.htm & example.com/faq/xyzservice.htm in a different directory.

Content is unique, Meta Tags are unique, but Page URL's are the same.

Is this new faq page will be impacted upon the visibility of my service page with this structure?

Welcome to the active side of WebmasterWorld! :)

FAQ pages shouldn't compete with other pages if they are implemented correctly. Google offers a specific FAQ markup format which can help them to parse the content. Their developer pages [developers.google.com] list the markup you can use.

No, example.com/xyzservice.htm and example.com/faq/xyzservice.htm are different URLs, they just have the same filename.

The new page shouldn't affect the ranking of the existing page except for search terms for which the new page better addresses user intent.

However, to make your life easier you might think about giving the new page a unique filename (e.g. xyzservicefaq.htm).

Glad to have you join us!

but Page URL's are the same.

Kiss of Death if the content of both is NOT ALSO IDENTICAL (ie, why do this?)

G ain't stupid. There can be ONLY ONE URL for any content...

If you are doing this programmatically g will also see the content as varied and might distrust the source as a gamer...

Other way round - there can only be one content for any URL.

Edit: I probably should have said (and meant) there can only be one content for each URL.
