I have a problem with domain verification, I forgot the email password I used when doing the registration it, so ICANN took it down. It took me about 5 days to get the domain back to work today. But after that I see a very big huge change in my webmaster tools, it's decreasing to nothing now.

What just happened? is my site got a penguin from google? but if it does how it can hurt that much. Now I only have 1 user online same time (the domain just back to live 4-5 hours ago.

If your site was offline for 5 days, you should see about using GSC to Verify your site again. Google's GSC may be showing nothing there until you go through the verification process again after 5 days offline.

Been ther, done this in the past. Site will eventually reappear ... takes time, usually twice as long as you were down (not hard and fast rule, just personal experience).

Do as not2easy suggests, though that might not make that much difference as g will do what g does, no matter how hard you nudge.

HOWEVER, having been down that long you can expect a plethora of bad actors working your domain for all they are worth ... and that took me nearly seven months to disavow, deny, and dcma ... so keep your eyes open and your logs up to date!

Meanwhile, find a stone and etch in your domain renewal stuff as this will come around on a annual (or ten year) basis, depending on your period of time...
