I tested to see if my site had been indexed in Google using the "site:mywebsite.com" method, I saw a few pages in the search results that had my url then / some random page I never created.
When I was check my google search console it shows me 74,297 internal linking.
What should I do...?

@alex0506 ... Welcome to Webmasterworld! Sorry it is under such difficult times!

First thing is audit your site to make sure you do not have 74,297 pages on your site you did not put there.

Second, look at your site logs and see how much of this is external referer (sic) spam linking ... I suspect the majority will come from "bad actor" geolocations.

Fire up your .htaccess (or whatever your system uses) and start issuing 403s for these links ... g will eventually get it ... but what you want to do right now is make sure NONE of these return a 200!

Good luck!
