Google SERP Shows Anchor Text Not Title Tag

When I type my website on google. Below my website name and description It shows Page No 24, Page No. 25 ....

Looks like google is indexing the page number (navigation).

Don't use identical title tags.
Use relevant keyword rich anchor text.
Boost your link power.

Canonicalise them back to the usual URL instead of the paginated one
