Lot of pages with Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag

I have 3200 pages under Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag. My real pages are around 300 only. most of these pages are search pages with no result with some Chinese characters like

example.com/search/大奖娱乐骗人手段+ExampleZ82309.com/

I feel my site is penalized for this. Google is not removing these pages from search counsel. I am not sure from where these are coming. Please help.

Like so many “problems” reported by GSC, this is not a problem. Take a quick look, verify that their information is factually correct (“yes, that URL does in fact have a noindex tag that I intentionally applied”), and then think no more about it.

The present forums cannot display any characters outside the Latin-1/Windows-1252 range, so it's no use quoting Chinese names :(

Some of this is hacker hi-jack or copy cat lazy attempts etc that somehow ended up in g's index (their fault not yours!) and your noindex or regular site security are nullifying the noise. G needs to clean up THEIR side of the issue, but don't hold you breath waiting for that to happen, unless you prefer a lovely shade of blue!

Make sure YOUR stuff is correct and serving properly (as you intend) and don't worry about it.
