I just received this email from
Google. I’m a bit confused by it all - why France in particular? My TLD is .co.uk - so I’m not sure what this is all about.

nmbrsk, while our TOS #9 doesn't allow you to quote emails (for legal reasons, it turns out), you may summarize or paraphrase. Just don't cite any specifics.

Also, beware that some phishing schemes use fake emails from Google, trying to get you to reveal private info like usernames or passwords Phishing schemes using Google, eg, might take you to an official looking page or form to fill in. So, if you really don't understand, do get back to us... just don't quote the message exactly or cite specifics.

Do give us the sense of it.
