How to check whether a website migration was done correctly?

Hi,

This site I am looking to has already migrated and I need to see if there is anything that was done incorrectly. I already researched online and know that I need to look into Search Console and just plugged the site into PageSpeed insights and mobile tests. Most of these are to do with the design of the page I believe but what about if the migration was done correctly or anything I can do.

Thanks in advance!

Can you define "has already migrated" a little more please? Migrated could be "changed platforms" or "moved to a different domain" or "is now at https: URLs". To get a clear answer, it would help to know what you want to be able to check.

Yes more information would be required to properly answer this question.

@op ... Most times you check by having friends log into the website and report back to YOU what they found out of place, not there, displays incorrectly, etc. Your migration is generally a 301 from the old site to the new site and that's pretty easy to check.

Since this is a g forum look at your console and see what g has indexed to the new and dropped from the old. Otherwise than that, I agree with the above. What precisely are you asking about?
