I took my eye off the ball with a new website design. Currently the blog feed is a long list of links, great for SEO but poor for U.X/U.I

The new design has a 'load more' button which uses AJAX

What's the latest best practice for crawlability on blog archives. Will weaker posts have trouble in getting crawled?
Will this be a real problem? Would I get it re-structured to pagination?

I prefer embedding links within content. Google tends to devalue the ROS navigation links so I only use that as a back-up. My primary focus on internal linking is embedded content links.
You can use pagination, automated related links and other creative solutions to interlink all your pages. I tend to steer away from AJAX for solving crawlability concerns and prefer keeping it simple with plain old fashion links. The less fancy solutions tend to have the lower failure rates.
