Google Testing Incognito SERP Layout

I am seeing a (new?) layout in Chrome Incognito where the natural listings are styled like PPC adverts. The URL is above the title with a favicon to the left hand side of the URL. It's the first time I have seen this layout before, and they are styled exactly like PPC adverts. Has anyone else seen this before? It's only Incognito mode, in my normal browser the results look the same as before.

I have just asked the staff to check their browsers but they are seeing normal SERP layouts in Incognito mode.

Is this behavior still continuing, or was it a one off and no longer happening? Some of these experiments only last a short while.

I see it too, but without needing incognito mode.

Honestly, it makes the SERP difficult to read (certainly on purpose). With gray text above and under the links, it makes these links harder to distinguish, at least for me.
