I have website in which new products addition has been done on daily routine. So we have to re-generate the sitemap and submission on the daily basis. I just want to know is it good from google algorithms. Does google algorithms hurts our website ranking for regeneration and submission of the sitemap on daily basis.

No, I think this is normal procedure on many sites. It wouldn't hurt nor help your rankings.

@BenStokes423 ... Welcome to Webmasterworld!

Frequent changes on usually static files might send a signal of "churn and burn".

I have never used a sitemap, and site if fully indexed...

YMMV

However, sitemaps, properly used can be a benefit.

Bear in mind that the existence of a sitemap does NOT mean g, or any other SE, will crawl.

Your raw logs will reveal all. Do comparisons and see how often you update sitemaps...

As dennisjensen said updating sitemaps multiple times a day are a normal procedure. When a new piece of content is added you update the sitemap. What you shouldn't be doing is submitting your sitemap each time. When you update your sitemap you should then ping the search engines. Search Console help explains how to do this near the bottom of the page:

[support.google.com...]

Use the "ping" functionality to ask us to crawl your sitemap. Send an HTTP GET request like this:
http://www.google.com/ping?sitemap=<complete_url_of_sitemap>
