How to know which spammy link to disavow

Hello,

I have discovered some high spammy website which MOZ claimed to be a high spammy website linked to my website. Is it ok to Disavow those link in google? I don't know which one really deserved to Disavow! Is it good to Disavow all website which has a spam score of more than 40%?

Please see this two example which was linked to my website:

MOZ is not Google.
MOZ scores are totally separate from Google scores.
Do not blindly follow MOZ data.

In general, focus more on building good links & waste less time worrying about disavowing suspicious links that most of the time are ignored by Google

I'll assist by responding that many influencers and those experts of us would recommend that the disavow tool should typically never be used unless there is a manual penalty. There are a few very very rare instances where using the disavow tool could be beneficial but as a general rule just don't use it.

The vast majority of sites do not disavow anything to know the spammy links to disavow links- checkout with below information

1. penalties
2. editorial links
3. $ Anchor text
4. Cloaked Sites
5. 404 error pages
6. bad neighborhood spam
7. Auto-generated spam
