I am using a schema plugin but it doesn't have all the schema features. so i decided to add a review schema on my website with a manual code.

My site contains organization schema which was done with help of Plugin, on the process to create a review schema i supposed to give organization details as well, do this affect negatively?

As far as google and other search engines are concerned they dont care if the schema data is added by plugin or manually, nor will they know as that is all done server side before serving the content to googlebot/bingbot/ visitors etc. So no , that in itself wont have any negative effect. The one thing you will need to be careful is that you present the correct format and combination of schema data (plugins usually will ensure it is correct for you). For example , you dont want to add both Organization and Local Business type at the same time, or add in hard coded aggregatedRating scores of 5 for everything (Ive seen this done by sites and can get you banned). Best thing to do is use online checkers and GWT to check it is all looking ok and read the schema.org docs pages.
