Hello,

Is there a good software out there that can show the internal linking structure of a website, in a clear and easy-to-understand way? (I'm thinking about an image with a pyramidal structure or something like that)

I want to test it on a big e-commerce website that has a kind of secondary menu on top of each category page. This secondary menu contains links to other category pages, links from faceted navigation (filters) and other kind of links that ultimately leads to a page with products.

I guess they use it to build internal links to pages that don't get enough authority from their internal link juice and I want to get a better sense of what they are doing.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, there is a very good piece of software for this. Unfortunately I can't mention it here so I suggest you Google it. I think searchenginejournal and moz cover its use well.
