Google Crawling and Indexing issue from 28th Mar'19 to Till Date

I have continuously monitored my website from 27th Mar'19 - to date, 90% of the pages were not indexed after 27 Mar'19. I have been submitting site map, inspecting url in GSC but no actions were taken from Google and I saw a tweet mentioning John Muller and Gary Illyes about the same issue. I have changed content on the pages too but not working for me. Can anyone help me on the issue <snip>

Have you ever try to submit your link one by one to see if they are indexed?
Or make few back link to your single url to see what happen

That said, if you are using the submission tool to get your pages indexed, you may have run into a wall, as Google may have shut that route down, in which case, it might be you.
