I have a multidiminios web - multilanguage with each domain and its hrflang.
In a url category, created more than 1 year ago, with Spanish domain I get only 7 visits a day, from serach console, neither appears and google spain nor has it indexed, but if it comes out if you put site: domain.
If you search keyword keyword, instead, an article appears as the first similar result and does not show the category, but obviously have different content and receives many visits as it is a very good keyword search with many visits.
In normal cases, it would eliminate the category and be redirected with 301 to the url article that Google wants to index and which it prefers as an alternative.
That category is deleted and the article is redirected.
The problem is that this page that Google does not want to show.
In its English version with another domain and with its hrflang, this url category, yes it is indexed, independent of the article and it is shown correctly and receives many visits both independently.
So I do not know whether to eliminate the category in its Spanish version, but I would not have the alternative English version of the hrflang.
What do you do in such cases?

Tengo una web multidiminios - multilenguaje con cada dominio y sus hrflang.
En una url categoría, creada hace mas de 1 año, con el dominio español consigo apenas 7 visitas al día, desde serach console, ni aparece y google españa ni la tiene indexada, pero si sale si pones site:dominio.
Si buscas por palabra clave keyword, en su lugar, aparece un artículo como primer resultado similar y no muestra la categoría, pero que obviamente tienen distinto contenido y recibe muchas visitas ya que es una búsqueda keyword muy buena con muchas visitas.
En casos normales, eliminaría la categoría y se redirecciona con 301 a la url artículo que google quiere indexar y que prefiere como alternativa.
Osea se elimina esa url categoría y se redirecciona al artículo.
El problema, es que esta página que Google no quiere mostrar.
En su versión inglés con otro dominio y con su hrflang, esta url categoría, sí que está indexada, independiente del artículo y se muestra correctamente y recibe muchas visitas las dos por igual independiente.
Entonces no sé si eliminar la categoría en su versión Español, pero dejaría de tener hrflang alternativo la categoría de versión inglesa.
¿Que se hace en estos casos?
