How to reduce crawled but not indexed pages?

Hello Webmasters,

I need a specific way to solve these errors <snip>. Please help me out because I have been trying to sort this and I am spreading it like a virus on the website. I feel so disappointed in me but I think this is the place where I can hope for the help.

Make sure each page has a significant amount of unique & valuable content. Then relevantly interlink the pages.

1. Review what search engines indexed via webmaster tools. example at bing [bing.com]
   
2. Ask search engines to ignore useless parameters, not yet detected. example at bing [bing.com]
   
3. robots.txt disallows useless URL patterns
