Hi everyone,

i have a question regarding my custom domain in blogspot and i really need your help to solve this problem.

since i switched my blog from http to https, google keeps showing the wrong title of my article post,

Google shows most of my article title like this: " this is my blog title - this is my post title", this is of course makes my post title looks ugly in serp.

when i see the cache of my post, i noticed that they indexed the mobile template of my blog instead of the web version.

so, is there any way to make google index web version of my blog?

Thanks for your big help,

Regards..

No. Google is now prioritizing mobile version of sites.

The question is, why do you have different titles for your mobile and desktop version of your pages? Normally, the same content has to be served to mobiles and desktops , only the page layout is changing to accommodate the screen size and orientation.

You control the post title's appearance from the settings you enter.

If you have two different sites, they should each have their own listings in the GSC with separate sitemaps. As justpassing mentioned, Google has switched over to their Mobile First index so sites that are not mobile friendly are hard to find these days. Convert your pages so that either mobile or desktop users can see what your site has and you'll take care of that issue.

Thanks for the reply,

"Google is now prioritizing mobile version of sites"
what i don't understand is, my new articles are normal in SERP, they indexed the web version of my blog. Only the article i published before i switched to https are affected.
