SEO Wise, Which Of These Is More Important?

...............Please webmasters, i understand that SEO has 3 - 4 parts but i'm struggling to know which of the 4 is more important , that's a must do in ones SEO process..


1) Onsite (On-Page SEO )

2) Offsite SEO

3)Technical SEO and

4) Local SEO

It depends on your site administrator. Some people may not even think about “technical SEO” as a thing in its own right--either because it never occurred to them, or conversely because they do the technical stuff automatically and without even thinking of it as an option. g1smd who used to hang out at the Apache subforum attached a lot of value to “technical SEO”: making sure that links work as intended, that content gets served in the most efficient way, that users get where they want to go as expeditiously as possible, and so on.

SEO will not work partially. You can't do On-page optimization and do nothing off-page. You will not get the result. You need an integrated approach.
