Are Adobe Target links good for SEO?

I am considering using Adobe Target to install a 'related links' element onto perhaps 300 pages on my site. Instead of using Target as an A/B testing tool where traffic is split 50/50 I would just put 100% of traffic into the 'test' cell so that everyone sees these new links. The benefit to me is that when I get new content I can update the links in this Adobe Target module and it will instantly go live across 300 pages. Otherwise, I would just have to add new links manually across 300 pages which takes a long time - the CMS isn't great and it won't change in my lifetime. My question is whether Google will see and crawl these links or not? Obviously assuming they will be follow links, and, in Target at least, they will be HTML.

Many thanks!

I prefer to manually add the links that are embedded in relevant content. That is not always possible. Another solution I like is software (like a wordpress plugin) that hotlinks a list of keywords in your content. I like to choose a few keyword variations to make the anchor text look more natural. Google tends to respond better to links surrounded by relevant text.
