Changes in Google SERP below description

Hi Guys,

Today i found this. I don't know whether it is old or new update by google.

While searching keyword on google. Two New attributes are displaying in every result on SERP are "Missing" & "Must Include"

Is this google new update that tell us to include that single phrase in Meta.

For Example :

Title : XYZ
URL : www.xyz.com
Description: XYZ
Missing:..... | Must Include:....

i've been seeing this for a while whenever there's a search result that doesn't include all of the search terms.
