Google is rolling out a new URL Inspection tool in Search Console, which will give "detailed crawl, index, and serving information about your pages, directly from the Google index."
Yes, so unlike some active tools in GSC, this tool is not a *live* test. It gives a report on how Google sees the URL the last time it was indexed, which may be a month or two in the past.
It would be nice to see a time stamp on the report.

just took a look at it in my GSC and tested a URL. Noticed the "Enchancements" section and it showed "URL has no enhancements" for the one I tested. Got me wondering what that was for exactly and check of google blog didnt explain it but the graphic example shows AMP as being a detected "enhancement" .
This brought to mind a couple of things : 1. the phrasing "enhancement" is interesting and suggests that by having one it is an "improvement" , so I wonder if having AMP makes much of a difference (Ive seem the number amp pages come in and out of serps in the last years in my niche - they seem to perform best for news articles from what ive seen) 2. Besides AMP , what other things are considered enhancements? I can seem to find any list or info
EDIT : - i have just found the longer google help for this tool that explains thing more including the enhancements details [support.google.com...]
