Problem with Manual Actions google webmaster

Google informed to me that they punish all my websites by spam index. (Thin content with little or no added value)

My problem is main url that i used for all website is: https://domain.com and google punish spam with domain http://www.domain.com

Because I added two versions of each website: https non www and http have www just for setting "Prefer domain"

I made this for all websites. In fact, this setting that not necessary, it made by I didn't know well about this setting. I though "Prefer domain" is a forced function but it is not. It's so stupid.

And now Google punish spam with version http://www.domain.com. I never add any information, content or sitemap for this version, no index, no search...

Some websites when I started to make website, I added 4 versions
- https://domain.com (main)
- https://www.domain.com
- http://domain.com
- http://www.domain.com

for "Prefer domain"

And google punish spam with version http://domain.com and http://www.domain.com, too.

I try to send request a review on google console to explain for my problem, but only 3 websites accepted, others rejected. I try again but not working.

May be because these others are really "Thin content with little or no added value".

In my account google console, i have an old website only add 1 version https://website.com, no add version have www. This website didn't punished.

And if these others are really "Thin content with little or no added value" why not punished main version https? While punished version have www: no content, no index, no sitemap...

Have you addressed the THIN CONTENT aspect?

Do not care how many redirects, canonical, etc you have if the content is THIN you are toast.

No apologies for stating the obvious.

MEANWHILE, secure your DESIRED LANDING DOMAIN in no uncertain terms. Your htaccess SHOULD redirect to only ONE allowed (desired) domain. Period.

Yep, a successful reinclusion request requires that you actually solve the problem mentioned in the manual action notice. If you content is thin (thin isn't short, important, thin means it adds no value) you have to fix this. Sounds easier than it is, because sites classified as thin are often sites built around some monetization without adding value, e.g. Amazon review sites with rehashed content from Amazon reviews. So, thin often means the general approach is wrong and adding no value for visitors.
