Is Specific keywords is banned ?

Hello All, I am doing seo for tech support company. But now google is not showing results for keywords like <snip trademark #1>, <snip trademark #2> etc. Google only shows 5-10 results so i want to know is tech support for specific keywords is banned? Please help.

Google is not banning trademark terms or tech support terms.
Google does abide by DMCA filings which could explain the situation.
Google also does ban pages that breaks their spamming rules which could also explain the situation.
