Traffic boosted 25% then back to regular, https, algo update or what?

Hi.

Starting on Sunday 5 November, my web traffic boosted 25 percent, and then on Friday 10 November the traffic went back to the previous week-over-week levels before Sunday.

I implemented HTTPS in September 15, and I wondered if:
- any of you experienced something similar, or
- it might be an affect of the HTTPS implementation, or
- it might be linked with the 'Google Updates and SERP Changes - November 2017'

Does your site mainly depend on one or two keywords for most of its google traffic? Or is your google traffic spread over clicks from a large number of different keywords?

Sites that mainly depend on one or two keywords can have big traffic changes even when the google ranking for those keywords only moves up or down one position in the search results.
