At first, 580 keywords were indexed on my website but now only 430 keyword indexes are available in webmaster. Why is this happening? And how can I fix this? Please help me. Thanks Jacky

Paint your bathroom, weed your garden, clean your garage, go to the movies. When you come back, any GSC glitches will have sorted themselves out. This applies to at least 80% of all alarming GSC discoveries.
Now, it is possible they've cleaned up their keyword database or applied some more grammatical equivalences. For example, they used to have the fixed notion that “it’s” is a keyword. (I do not sell ice cream.) If you've downloaded the old list and the new list--I used to do this every month or so--you can take a closer look and do comparisons.

Welcome to WW Jacky risham!
By default Google Search Console (GSC) - Search Analytics report shows you data for 30 days, the 580 keywords where those keywords seen at one point during those 30 days. As time progresses the number keywords changes, tomorrow there will likely be another set of keywords, more or less, and some will remain in the list but the number of impressions and clicks will be updated. You can change the date settings and see data for up to 120 days, so if you need data that is lost you can go back in time by two month. This isn't a glitch and there is nothing you can do to fix it.
If you would like to keep record of the data I would recommend downloading it daily or whenever it is updated. One can see when the list is updated by checking the date on the graph.
