Nothing wrong with including your price in your title tag, especially if you feel it's something that will improve your CTR through the search results.

The title element is generally quite a big clue to the page content. As such, frequent changes can cause ranking instability- I would advise against unless the price is static over a reasonable timeframe.

Also, be advised that Google is not adverse to re-writing the "title" for the result, so it may not show in SERPs.

Are you using json-ld structured data markup? Google uses this for rich snippets but can also uses this for adding little elements at the end of the search results. I use it for events and in search the results show the event date, name and location. For a service I would imagine that it would show the price.
