Google is running more tests in the SERPs, and this time it's within the hotels search, and it's for vacation rentals.
According to the report, it's showing the results from hotels.com and booking.com, but not airbnb.
Who knows where this will go, and whether Google will want to take a slice of the rental fee.

The new feature shows up under the "Accommodation Type" category alongside other filter options like price, amenities and rating. According to Skift, which counted around 7,000 such listings in its searches, Google is testing the feature out in multiple markets.Google Testing Vacation Rental Filering in Hotel SERPS [engadget.com]

I wonder if the various controversies over airbnb competing with the hotel industry had any effect with them not being included?

...whether Google will want to take a slice of the rental fee.
I always thought at some point Google (Bing & Yandex) Business Listings would start charging.
