Does having multiple versions of the same site in webmaster matter?

I was just doing a little research this morning on what could of brought my site down to the 6th page on google, we've been on the 2nd for months and now dropped with no reason, i thought it could be because we have the same site in webmaster but under the following..

HTTPS .com
HTTP .com
HTTP .co.uk

Now the HTTPS.com version is the only version that exists now, the others are setup as redirects. I read somewhere that if they are in webmaster then google will see them as separate webpages, webmaster tools are showing that there bad structured data on the .co.uk website (that just redirects to the https anyway).

My thought is basically that, if google see these as separate sites would this cause problems with ranking? Hopefully I've explained this correctly, i look forward to hearing anyones ideas and thoughts on this matter. :)

As a matter of fact it's even better, because your .com site may require up to four wmt/gsc identities:
http://example.com
http://www.example.com
https://example.com
https://www.example.com
You need the extras in order, paradoxically, to be able to tell google not to use them. And yes, they will all be separately listed.

As long as they are all listed as different properties.
Now the HTTPS.com version is the only version that exists now, the others are setup as redirects.
The report data for the others will diminish and leave just a few requests, mostly from caching and older bots that do not support news standards.
