Happy June! I'm seeing an increased correlation with technical SEO and improved rankings. Improving page speed and site crawl ability makes Google happier with the sites I am working on.

Most of the people that are coming to me for help are using outdated SEO tactics that Google has devalued. The good news is I've been able to recover many rankings for these sites using the old strategies just updating the tactics to 2017. The bad news is Google keeps taking away organic real estate in the serps so even top rankings are generating less traffic for me.

Please remember that off topic comments aka any comment that isn't focused on Google Updates and SERP changes will be split off to its own thread to make it easier for the community to follow the different Google SEO topics.

Not sure what just happened, but one of my rank tracking tools is showing very inaccurate results for some reason. I searched a few particular keywords manually that were hit today (-30 spots), but when searched on other tools it either shows 1-2 (original), and the original tool shows another very unrelated page ranking for my site for these keywords.

I don't know what is going on, but this update has some pretty doo doo results. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to fix something on my computer and I just couldn't find it. 2 minutes on Bing and it was done. G insists on showing me results that are related to other searches I did before when that's just not what I wanted. Again, they are trying to guess what people want instead of just giving them what they searched for. Completely useless - yet Amazon seems immune to this, as they now have a scam product on several searches taking up the "knowledge" box.

Anyone noticing before zombies are taking over, the traffic dropping to near zero? It is quite a quick switch between traffic patterns

My article which I published 3 hours was on 3rd spot when searching the keyword. Now when I search for it, I don't find it anywhere. What the hell is happening?

MayankParmar, this isn't Google technical support.

@Koan+. Sorry, but I'm only sharing the issues happening after the Google Update.
