"So far", no.

For the future it's hard to tell. Google is showing an icon next to the AMP pages, information mobile device users these page will load "fast". Does it encourage people to click more, it's hard to tell. Now, you never know what move Google will have in the future. We are having concerns around the actual tracking and are trying to work around that - as we have an internal tracking system that isn't compatible with the tracking options available with AMP.

If it is easy to implement on your website, then it is worth testing. As far as ranking impact, I haven't seen any improvement in relation to websites that have implemented AMP - improve in rank.
