I have recently noticed some wired Anchor Text in my Search Console, which is completely irrelevant to my site and niche entirely.
My site is 14 yeas old and I have never seen this before, I have tried to check and find out where this Anchor Texts is actually coming from or which site is linking to me with that particular anchor text, but so far found nothing. Most annoying part of it all is that all text is related to android and android apps or software which is entirely unrelated to my site and content.

Any suggestions or thoughts would be helpful

This is a possible sign of a hacked website with hidden links injected into it.

I have checked it all including entire backend for any possible injections, but so far found no sign of hacks, I do use amazon NS's and their distribution platform, which was a victim of recent hacking, could this be the reason of possible injections? I have also checked my DB and again found no signs of hacking there.

Smart hackers will cloak the hidden links so the webmaster won't notice it and remove it. To be safe try using an incognito browser, then go to Google and search for your site + the weird anchor text and check the cache. This problem more commonly impacts sites running on a free CMS like wordpress.

Hopefully you weren't hacked but you should still carefully review the site to make sure.

I have done so already for all 200 anchor texts, but no sign of my site at all. Also I tend to stay away from wordpress and similar free CMS's, my one is custom built and was and looks like still works fine. So at this point I am lost a bit.

I have found the problem, After changing my name servers back from NS given to me by Ezoic and all GSC Ancor text is now back to normal as it previously was. Very wired, but at least I know what is going on now.

Thanks goodroi for you help!

Google Search Console is undergoing infrastructure updates, maybe related to that. More details at [seroundtable.com...]
