"Meta name robots" can noindex all internal links?

Just a clarification, if i use:

<meta name="robots" content="nofollow" />

on a paga, i nofollow also internal links or only the external links?

Both internal & outgoing links will be affected if using the nofollow robots tag in the head section of a page.

Instead, to be selective, use rel="nofollow" in the individual links.
