I recently noticed that the new BETA version of the Search Console (previously Search Engine Optimization) report in Google Analytics is displaying different landing page URLs than what I'm seeing in the actual Search Console Search Analytics report.
The BETA report in Google Analytics is showing URLs that we aren't indexing, whereas the report in Search Console only shows pages that we are indexing. The pages we aren't indexing appear in some rich snippets in Google SERPs, so I can see where a user would click through on a snippet and land on those non-indexed pages, but this was also the case before the BETA report came out. I'm just not sure why the same URLs don't appear in both reports.
It seemed that prior to the BETA launch, the Search Engine Optimization report in GA was a mirror of the Search Analytics report in GSC. However, it now has far more page level metrics than were previously only available in GA.
Has anyone noticed a similar issue with their data? Also, does anyone know when this BETA version in GA was released? I couldn't find any info on the web.
