Panda 4.2 recovery?

Google Panda algorithm is a part of core now.
But I can't find any succes case study for recover from 2015-07-19 update.

Do you know any success story for website with was hit by panda update on 2015-07-19?

Panda has not updated since the last update. They made it part of the core algo but it still needs manual data update, which has not happened.
