WMT Structured Data, pages dropping away by the thousands

We notice that the Structured Data for Breadcrumbs and Product are dropping by the tens of thousands since the 03-05-2015. Not the usual big drop then big recovery like the last time everyone seemed to encounter some time back. This has been continuous for 15 days now, with no errors showing at all in our data. This was the same time we switched over to HTTPS so might be related?

Are you using Schema.org formats? They may have finalized the move to that data format. It is mentioned here: [developers.google.com...]

Did you add the new HTTPS version of your site to WebmasterTools?

schema.org for products data-vocabulary.org for breadcrumbs
Both dropping at the same rate.
I have looked and can't see where I can change the current site from http: to https: in the WMT
Site Settings say only this Preferred domain
Don't set a preferred domain Display URLs as www.domain.co.uk Display URLs as domain.co.uk

You don't change it, you add another site, the second one being the https version.

data-vocabulary.org for breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs Structured Data is changing to Schema.org markup, that is why I posted the link. But if you have not added your https site as a "new domain" in GWT, that is the most likely cause of the drops you are seeing. As the https site gets indexed the http site goes away. As one cup fills, the other empties. Google sees
http://
and
http://www.
and
https://
and
https://www.
as four different "sites".

Ah, I have edited all site maps for the http version in wmt to https, so will this not confuse wmt when I add a new site for https with the same site maps.

will this not confuse wmt
Not any more than it "confuses" them when you add with-and-without www versions that use the same robots.txt, the same sitemaps and so on.

Complete wildcard here but just curious, do you use wordpress and have multi-page posts? If so the url being reported is wrong, wordpress only shows the first page url via get_permalink or the_permalink. Although unlikely this could be a reason if Google no longer trusts your OG tags. It's worse when your canonical includes the pagination but the OG url does not for the same page, at the same time.

I can confirm the same problem on my sites, but the problem does not seems to be technical implementation.
I don't have any error/warning in Rich Snippet dev tool, but my direct competitors have 3 errors and 2 warnings. Their Rich Snippets are still present.
I think is that the new google score system removes Structured data for low score sites.

I have the same issue. No errors and I have products and breadcrumbs. Products were cut in half around 04/27.

Crap Crap Crap. I changed over all of my Structured Data to Schema about 3 weeks ago and was wondering why the breadcrumbs was not reappearing.
I missed the line that the schema breadcrumbs was not supported on the page [developers.google.com...] The page was updated in Feb of 2015
I thought schema had finished with updating the breadcrumbs (since the structure was different than the last time I look) plus the data-vocabulary.org home page basically says you should now use schema. Also the rich snippets testing tool gave my schema breadcrumbs a thumbs up with no mention that Google does not currently support schema structured breadcrumbs.

Hmmmm. I wonder if that page is wrong. Checking Webmaster tools I see that Google has found the schema breadcrumbs without any problems and says there are no errors. Having marked up data is no guarantee of it appearing on the SERPs so hopefully it will appear soon (my data-vocab ones where visible).
I have a feeling they do now support Schema marked up Breadcrumbs. The other page is out dated and has incorrect information.

Fixed
Once creating the new site in WMT for https: the Structured Data is returning.
The http: version in WMT is dieing, everything is dropping away. This feels very od after 8 years of daily monitoring it and hanging on every ounce of information from it. :)
Cheers aristotle and everyone for the suggestions.

Just took a look at Google now and I see that my Schema.org Bread Crumb structured data is now displaying in the SERPs. It took just over 2 weeks for it to appear after I had made my changes.

Has anyone seen their structured data recover? We changed the breadcrumbs to schema and saw that shoot up rapidly. However I still have Google only picking up about 25% of the available pages. This plateau is very obvious that either the mechanism used to index the data is not functioning correctly or there is manipulation.
