Is your site noticeably better than all the other sites in the world for that keyword? i.e. why do you deserve to rank globally for those keywords?

Is your site a .COM or some other TLD?

along the lines of LifeinAsia's question, are you using a .gTLD or a .ccTLD?

it is .com
if my articles are not effective or trust worthy then why it got rank on top in my native country...
one more think i want to know is the article publishing IP meter while ranking or Country targeting?

why it got rank on top in my native country.

Because Google can tell that you're really based in South Asia (assuming that's where you are). Linguistic usage? Topical mentions? Place names? Something is putting out a good signal in your geographical area. And whatever it is, you don't want to lose it. (Better a big frog in a small pond than a drowned frog in the ocean.)

geotargeting a gTLD?
yes or no?

my host is located on US

what does your link profile look like?

you'll know what to avoid if you read the section on Targeting site content to a specific country:

There's a lot more competition in the whole world than in any one country. By the time you include them *all* - it's a pretty tough road.

How old is your site?
