We haven't really heard much from Matt Cutts since he went on extended leave, but here, at a January 2015 talk at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he's reminiscing about the early days of Google.
About 30-minutes video.

Very interesting and that 34 minutes flew by. Just a few comments.
It's a pity we can't see what's happening on the big screen, the safe search and the p0rn references are very funny.
350 million DMCAs in 2014, wow!
The AI references with all the new data is very revealing and finally, do they really grill the founders, Sergy and Brin, every week?
Enjoyable and showing MC at his best. And this is from a non-Google fanboy.

It's worth noting that the talk is sprinkled with some valuable life lessons. The slide deck is a helpful addition, with several gems. Thanks to all, including Matt.

I gotta say, Matt seems like a nice guy. Would love to have a chat over lunch.
