you have to act or remove infringed data from your website.

@Aady

Welcome to Webmaster World.

There is an earlier thread on the same subject:

[webmasterworld.com ]

If the material is:

1. Yours (i.e. it is the same, but you wrote it first and can prove it), or

2. Different (i.e. nobody could possibly see any specific or general similarity), or

3. Correctly attributing authorship in a quotation that is part of and relevant to a larger article you have written (which wouldn't of itself constitute infringement)

then you may wish to contest it, in which case you would be well advised to take legal advice before responding, as your response may prejudice the outcome.

Otherwise, remove the material from your site immediately: even if you can belatedly obtain the author's permission to reproduce their content, there is little point in publishing duplicate material.

@Aady

How and in what form have you received this notice?

The notice should identify the page(s) concerned, both on your site and on the site(s) that are infringed.

@Aady: not to put too fine a point on it: Did you create the site contents yourself? Did any part of it (text, images, video or audio) come from another source? If so, remove that immediately. Replace with content you create, or own, then submit a reconsideration request to G.
