Is google using amazon in organic search for its ranking orders

This happend now very often:

I search for a certain item where are many manufacturers doing their business in. I am not looking for a certain brand just the generic item because it will not hurt if it is from manufacturer a or b.

In last time i very often see, that Google puts Amazon on #1 with brand A and all following entries are from Brand A, not Brand B,C or D. Some other brands now Show up page 3+ and naturally on GSA.

So is using Google what is most searched on Amazon?

I would think that Google is looking at other factors that happen to correlate with Amazon product rankings.

Taking a different approach to this question - Billionaire Warren Buffett invests in companies and then the stock market often boosts the value of those companies. This does not mean that the stock exchange is solely boosting the company value because of Warren Buffett. There are many factors at work including improvements that Buffett introduces to the company and the company getting free publicity.

Correlation is not always causation.
