WMT Not Indexing Links, haven't seen new links appear in the last 30 days

Webmaster Tools seems to have stopped indexing links to our site. Our rankings fell after the May Panda update and we have been adding content steadily ever since and have been looking to build natural links since then. Everything was going well until the end of June, when links stopped being indexed. Our rankings have stagnated, we think as a result of this. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

I've read of WMT bugs in the past with this issue, but not sure if this is a new version of the old bug, or a different issue.

I suggest you also use a paid service for tracking backlinks. If you are using a paid service how much of a difference are you seeing?

Ahrefs is showing several over the course of the month. Should that make a difference? Does that mean that Google is indexing them as well?

"...and have been looking to build natural links since then."

Can you explain what this means?

How do you build natural links?

It seems that posting this thread had the desired effect, because links started being indexed again today.

Our linkbuilding consists of writing appealing content, sharing it with our network, and working with local directory listing services like MozLocal.
