Search Appearance - Structured Data Error In Google Webmaster

Hello folks, I am having a problem with my site. According to Google Webmaster Tools, my website has a problem. The problem in question has to do with the Search Appearance - Structured Data in Webmaster Tools. Over 1000 of my website pages have errors. The errors Google has detected with my website which is a wordpress site is "Missing : author" and "Missing: updated"

I have been trying for so long now to fix this frustrating problem but to no avail. Can someone here help me out please because I think this problem might just be damaging my page ranking.

Hi kojo, welcome to the Forums. Google has some information and tools you can use to make sure your structured data is marked up correctly. They recommend you start with the Guidelines and use their testing tool: [google.com...] and if that doesn't take care of the problem, to check their troubleshooting guide: [support.google.com...]
