How To Determine If I Have Harmful Links To Disavow?

Webmaster tools shows thousands of links to my site. I am seeing some that are just compiling urls from many sites and publishing these pages. These pages do not generate any traffic.

Are these links harmful or does google not take them into consideration when determining my sites rankings?

Many sites have links from various low quality sites, some of which scrap search results, other do "seo analysis of your site" and similar. I think Google is quite good in ignoring such links.

If you have not had any ranking drops then I would personally not worry about these.

Google is bean counter first, gate keeper second. If the bean counting is just that and not gate keeping (ie. organic clicks are not blocked to site) then don't worry about it.
