I received below message on Google Webmaster that says:

Pure spam
Pages on this site appear to use aggressive spam techniques such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or repeated or egregious violations of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.

My site is - [mysite]
However i never build a single back link.

Nor copied content, all content are written manually.

[content] are also created by own.

How to send re-considerations to Google and tell them that I am not violating any guidelines.

First, check you've not been hacked and that the content they're talking about is actually yours.

If you've been hacked, remove the hacked content, fix the security hole that let the hackers in, and ask for reconsideration.

If it's your content they're talking about, then first:

(a) make sure each page is actually worth putting online and isn't like thousands, tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands of other similar pages; then

(b) get someone who can write English to a high standard to help you finish it.

Then ask for reconsideration.
