I'm using WP and Google not ranking my home page for my main keyword but s ranking an internal page WHY?

I am guessing that your internal page is more relevant for the main keyword than the home page, or perhaps there are more relevant links pointing to internal page.
Is there a reason why would you want to rank home page instead? Can you make internal page good so that it converts to what you want it to convert for?

Howdy, maxos! Sometimes we don't know exactly why one page ranks over another, but when that page DOES rank, we work from there. Just make sure your interior site links point to the home page (WP does that automagically) so that folks can uplink to see what else you have to offer. I have two sites were the entry page is NOT the home page and the content is good enough about 60% of the folks check out two, three or more pages (about 1% look at 10+, etc.)
