One of my friends sent me a screenshot; it shows 8 sitelinks. But they have a description(snippet) below them. It is very short, just one line. He saw it on Google Japan. I can't reproduce it. I guess it's a test. Is there anyone who see the feature?

A colleague was seeing it on his PC ( screenshot: [yfrog.com...] ), but I'm not.
The 'description' tends to just be the meta-description.
