Google DMCA Fax - Does this work?

I've been trying to send a DMCA complaint to the fax number listed on [google.com...] ([phone] ).

I keep getting errors from it, can anyone confirm that it is actually working?

I just tried it. I don't have anything to fax, but the number was answered and there was a fax tone.
