Google Indexing my Tracking URLs

My tracking urls are showing up in the SERPs for my targeted keywords

So I came into work this morning to see that Google has started indexing all of tracking URLs that link to my business.com PPC campaign.

Keywords I've been targeted now show the business.com tracker in the SERP instead regular URL strings.

i.e. www.mywebsite.com/?utm_source=business.com&....

Any advice on what I should do here? Should I:

1. strip the tracker string from all of my Business.com URLs immediately
2. Wait and see what Google does

any other ideas.
